Для начала лезем в ...\gamedata\config\weapons
там находим 2 файла weapons.ltx и w_groza.ltx
Далее открываем weapons.ltx и ищем строку
#include "w_groza.ltx"
Если оной строки нет - прописываем в любом месте. Если строка есть, то идем дальше.
Открываем файл w_groza.ltx
Если его нет - создаем его, а в нем пишем
