Thank you for your information about Mole and Living Heart. Unfortunately I do not know how to save all 4 Duty members at Dark Valley. I know only how to save the first one - Maks. But the others - I have no idea.

Сва́лка - it is translated as Garbage in English version of the game.
If you don't want to loose all quests of bandit, first of all do all their quests. Then kill all bandits and save last Duty member. May be it's possible by killing only usual bandits. There are few ways to do it without loosing reputation.

Could you tell me please if it is possible to free that last Duty member without fight? Maybe talk with Боров (Bandit's leader) and give him some money or something else?
zoobear,Who the last member, in the cage? or one that lays on the ground near big hole?
You can kill all the bandits, except Borov and Zhila (bandit trader), they will not be hostile.
And 4rth one is bullet(pulya or пуля if its all right in rus) that meets you in the beggining of the valley. Of course its no need to save him, but he has a very little chance to die somewhere on the way to garbage.

Greetings! Is there a decent translation for CP 2? Cause anywhere I looked I met just the google-translated versions of it. Has anyone bothered at all to properly present this apparent masterpiece to the rest of the world? Thanks.

Well, maybe, maybe). Why not, indeed? I realise, of course, it's a huge amount of work. Might take months at the rate I'm likely to be progressing with it. Besides, as you can see, I'm not a native English speaker. Any text translation would be best if made by a person whose first language is the one which a text is being translated into. Still, seing how disastrous the state of the English translation of CP-2 is, I'd rather take this job.

Im using no cheats but i have changed some textures for crossarrows and universal grenage launcher.

Ran into a problem with the task "Brother Louis" ... he isnt there or a replacement. Any way around this besides going back to a old save?
Edit: Went back to a earlier save and he still doesn't spawn.

Got your sarcasm:-). Cause I really think that's what it is. Presently playing an English version of NS, I have to read those badly translated lines... 'Ridiculous' is my impression. The same thing goes for some CP-2 LPs I've watched (bits of it actually). Terrible.

So, where are the dialog files with the strings to work with? Seeing as nobody is eager to deal with translations for CP-2, I might as well take this potentially gigantic task. I'm not sure if this is going to be a highly professional work (cause I'm not a pro, you know), but I'm absolutely sure it will be a lot better than that of Google or Yandex etc.
And what about CP-2.1? Or is it just 2.0? For 'security' and 'confidentiality' reasons?

If anyone is willing to participate in translating CP-2 texts (into English) as a member of a team on the English side (with me covering the Russian) for the most precise and adequate understanding of the game story, details etc., feel free and welcome to let me know in PM.
From my understanding the current JP 2 translation was cleaned up somewhat by AchillesDave from the official forums.

Can you give a link where I/we can look into the translated files? I've tried looking throughout a bunch of forums, but the only translations by AchillesDave I managed to find were for DMX mod... Thanks in advance!

Here it is. This is the latest one I am aware of, and the one I have installed in my game.
I admit I never got very far in this mod due to having other commitments. But from what I have played the translation is better than the machine one, but it still could use a lot of work. Off hand, for example I remember the mutant photo quest still being a machine translation.
